KY 9/12 Survey
Greetings fellow Patriots!
It's hard to believe that we are less than nine months in to our mission; we've come so far! As we continue to grow and strengthen everyday, we look back to ensure that the foundation we've set is sturdy, as we still have a long way to go. Right now, we need your feedback. This survey takes less than four minutes and will help us to understand how we can be more effective going forward.
