A Constitutional Study Group
Starting March 29th
7:00 to 9:00 pm
This DONT MISS course begins in just over a week.
"The 5000 Year Leap", Principles of Freedom 101, is a Study of American Government and the U.S. Constitution. This will be a 15 weekly study group to learn the 28 Principles that our Founding Fathers said "must be understood and perpetuated by every people who desire peace, prosperity, and freedom".
Study materials will be furnished by instructor, Jeanne Owens; no tests, no exams! However, you will need to purchase "The 5000 Year Leap", A Miracle That Changed The World”, written by W. Cleon Skousen as this is the basic text that we will be following. There will be 90 minutes of video taught by Dr. Earl Taylor, President of the National Center for Constitutional Studies, and 30 minutes of discussion. Bring pen and paper to take notes for the question and answer period.
There will be a one time donation of $50.00 per person for the use of the room. Don't worry if you absolutely can not afford the cost we will take care of it, we do not want this to be a determining factor from keeping you from attending. Don’t worry if you miss a week, you will have the materials and book to keep up. This is tailored for an adult group who wants to learn about the founding of this great Nation!
